The meat flattening machine is suitable for poultry, pork, beef, fish, and other raw materials with a thickness of less than 30 mm. Using a set of pressure rollers, it uniformly flattens fresh or lightly frozen meat to the required thickness, ensuring a consistent shape and even thickness across the product. This process increases the heating surface area, enabling higher efficiency at the same cooking time while also significantly shortening frying time.
