The pressing machine is used to press fresh or slightly frozen raw meat through 6 pressure rollers to reduce the product to the specified thickness, thereby increasing the surface area of the product. This helps achieve the same degree of maturation while shortening the frying time. It is a dedicated equipment for producing steaks, chops, and fish fillets available on the market. This machine is applicable to all poultry, beef, fish, potatoes, cheese, etc. with a thickness of less than 30mm.
